Support School Gardens

Funds are needed as "seed" money for materials to get them started. Schools have a great potential to develop healthy choices in their students and benefit the entire community.

We would like to give thanks...

to the many supporters over the past years who have helped Gardens for Humanity to create, fund, improve, and maintain twenty-eight gardens in four states.

With your donation comes an important contribution to the work of maintaining and creating beautiful spaces that impact many peoples' lives. We have witnessed how support of a project grows and multiplies just as the seeds we plant.

The wide scope of our activities touch a diverse population and often have life-changing impact on individuals and communities. As people strive for food security and a lifestyle that asserts a positive relationship to the environment, we serve to inspire and help in these endeavors.

Most importantly, we have seen that creating school and community gardens has given young people a fun and satisfying outlet for their idealism, sense of belonging, and has contributed to their knowledge of the essentials of nature, life, relationships, and culture.

Our visionaries are examples of individuals that embody the idealism and activism that we all seek to manifest by working together for a worthy cause.

We hope that your donation and membership in Gardens for Humanity will be a stimulus to participate and join us in our projects. Please contact us with questions of how you can help. We value your spirit of volunteerism and sense of community.
