VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

We invite you to be a part of our projects and events. This is an opportunity to educate, share your skills, and participate in activities that contribute to creating a sustainable, quality of life that serves the community and protects the environment. Your ideas and energy will enhance the scope of our programs and help us reach our goals.

Some of our many projects include:

  • Start and maintain school gardens in Sedona and the Verde Valley.
  • Organize and offer periodic “Idea Gardens” Tours on various themes
  • Plan and present the Annual Spring Planting Festival
  • Provide volunteers and leaders for Mitzvah Day projects for organizations that wish to create gardens, artistic and ecological improvements
  • Have information and mini-workshops at Farmers’ Markets
  • Maintain and enhance community gardens we have already created
  • Organize cultural events for volunteer networking and appreciation
